About Psych Lab

We partner with HR, innovation, and technology leaders to:

  • Map how AI and digital tools actually move (or stall) through your organization

  • Identify early adopters, early adopter clusters, and hidden influencers

  • Design pilots and focus groups that use structural diversity—pairing early adopters with later adopters and reaching deep into silos

  • Surface the behavioral and structural barriers (identity, incentives, workload, fear, trust) that quietly block adoption

  • Turn these insights into concrete adoption playbooks and engagement strategies, so your internal tools don’t just launch—they become part of how people really work

Our work is tailored, evidence-based, and designed to fit within your governance, risk, and compliance realities.

Psych Lab engagements typically include:

  • Discovery & assessment – qualitative and quantitative analysis of current adoption, usage patterns, and pain points

  • Network & cluster mapping – identifying early adopters, connectors, and structurally diverse groups with outsized influence

  • Pilot & focus group design – building pilots that test both the tool and the behavioral conditions required for adoption

  • Behavioral playbooks & Launch Roadmaps – practical guidance on who to engage, in what sequence, and what support they need

  • Leader workshops – one-on-one and small-group sessions with HR, innovation, and departmental leaders to interpret findings and design next steps

We act as a focused research partner, a strategic advisor, or a thought partner alongside your internal AI/innovation teams.

Who we are

Psych Lab is a research studio that helps teams increase adoption of AI tools so launches turn into long-term, sustained usage. We pinpoint the “why” behind adoption (and non-adoption), map internal influence paths, and design simple, measurable steps to improve adoption and understand engagement barriers.

Our projects are intentionally lean: focused on discovery, clear findings, and a short set of next actions—often including pilot design, messaging guidance, and a repeatable tech adoption roadmap. We bring in a specialist quantitative support team when needed for experiments, analytics, and dashboards.

Psych Lab partners with a select network of data scientists and quantitative analysts to support:

  • Usage and engagement analytics

  • Experiment design and measurement

  • Enterprise reporting and dashboards for leadership

This model keeps the practice lean, flexible, and tailored—allowing us to bring in the right quantitative expertise for your context while maintaining a clear behavioral and strategic core.
