The Founding Thesis: As artificial intelligence accelerates into agentic systems, the primary bottleneck to safety and scale is no longer compute—it is the vast, unspoken expanses of human culture and psychology that algorithms miss.

Our core pillar: AI is an evolutionary behavior. Psych Lab examines how models reflect our sociotechnical friction, and we actively work to bridge the sociotechnical divides that are accelerating faster than frontier firms can catch them.
